Skadi Sterling Silver Arrow and Woodland Hair Ring Slide and Pin

Named after Skadi (SKAH-dee), the Norse goddess of the hunt, the mountains and the winter wilds.  In the old stories she travelled with her bow, hunting across the mountains and through woodland, and when the gods killed her father she put on her armour and marched into Asgard alone to demand justice.  Rather than fight her, the gods chose to make peace.  A bow, a steady eye and the nerve to match, an arrow could only ever be hers.

The hair ring carries the texture of tree bark, every ridge and split, and the pin is an arrow, fletched and ready to fly.  Slide it through a bun, a braid or a half-up style, and take a little of her nerve and bravery with you wherever you’re going.

The slide and pin have been hand-carved and sculpted in wax by Claire, then cast in 100% recycled silver. Each hair circlet and pin is made to order and finished by hand by our team, so please allow 14 to 21 days before it’s on its way to you.
